Bounce House Waiver And Release Of Liability

In consideration of being allowed to rent and use the bounce house equipment provided by Enchanted Wonders LLC located at 10151 Parkview Drive Manassas, VA 20190, I, the undersigned renter, hereby acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk:

I understand that using bounce house equipment involves inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of falling, colliding with other users, or landing improperly. I voluntarily assume all such risks and any resulting injuries or damages.

2. Release of Liability:

I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Enchanted Wonders LLC, its owners, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me or any other users of the bounce house equipment, whether caused by the negligence of Enchanted Wonders LLC or otherwise.

3. Safety Guidelines:

I agree to follow all safety guidelines provided by Enchanted Wonders LLC. I understand that failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in the termination of the rental agreement without refund.

4. Rental Agreement:

I acknowledge that I have read and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in the rental agreement provided by Enchanted Wonders LLC. I understand that I am responsible for any damages to the bounce house equipment during the rental period.

5. Supervision:

I agree to supervise all users of the bounce house equipment and ensure that only the appropriate number of users are on the equipment at any given time, as specified in the rental agreement.

6. Indemnification:

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Enchanted Wonders LLC from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action brought against them by any third party arising out of or related to my use of the bounce house equipment.

7. Severability:

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have carefully read and fully understand this waiver and release of liability. I voluntarily agree to its terms and conditions and intend to be legally bound by them.
