Damaged equipment prior to pick up?Excessive mess inside the inflatable such as food, gum, silly string or any other products that do not wipe off easily will result in a $85 cleaning fee. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc which can cost thousands of dollars. We don't want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial on all of our safety rules so that you can be the trained operator.
-
Are you insured? We are insured through a national agency that specializes in the inflatable amusement industry. A Certificate of Liability Insurance is available upon request
-
What are the requirements for power and/or water?A power outlet will need to be available. We supply a 50 foot extension cord. Also, water supply must be available for use with wet slides. Some units require two outlets to operate two blowers. Any water equipment will require the customers water hose to reach the inflatable unit to attach to the inflatables sprinkler/ water attachment.
-
Do we have to keep the inflatable plugged in the entire rental time?Yes. A blower keeps air in the jump unit the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate. That's why we require an outlet within 50 feet of the unit or a generator. Longer cords can pop your circuit breaker so we bring our own heavy duty cords. You may turn off the blower when you are finished using the unit.
-
What about parks? Do parks have electricity? We love setting up at parks but most parks do NOT have electricity. If you want to set up at a park, you must rent a generator. We rent generators at a reasonable cost. Also, parks are first come, first serve so get your spot early in the day. Some picnic shelters have power. Please confirm this before renting. All permits must be obtained by the renter if necessary.
-
What is included in the concession rentals?Cotton candy, popcorn, and snow cone machines will come with supplies to serve 30 people. *** note Ice for snow cone machine to be provided by renter. If you have any other questions, please feel free to call us any time at: (703) 278-2843
